We were recommended this restaurant by local driver. We need to take a short boat ride provided by the restaurant through the serene mangrove. We arrived about 6.30pm but most crowd came in after 7pm. The Chinese lady at the restaurant is friendly and honest. Shared many knowledge about seafood and told us honestly the beef in Batam is on the tougher side. The dishes here are generally on saltier side so you might want to get them to reduce the salt level. We ordered mantis prawns in black pepper sauce. Fresh and sweet. Scallops also fresh but also, the seasoning on the saltier side. We managed to see some fireflies on the boat ride back.
Good dish with reasonable price. We went there for lunch. Not many customers during lunch time. It was our first time to try sea food with Chinese style cooking in Bintan. Not perfect but still acceptable. All fish and conch are live and fresh. Good experience to take speed boat to go there. Enjoyed good scenery along river.
Fantastic seafood dinner. We got the last swimming Grouper fish and got steamed Hong Kong style! Amazing hospitality, excellent seafood and the smoothie was great! Highly recommended to experience the reasonable priced seafood feast.
Great food with reasonable prices. Butter lobster was delicious, steamed fishes was fresh and tasty, mantis shrimp was super good. Overall, all the food was good and service was nice
