Absolutely delicious thali and a great selection of curries. The service was top notch. They even pointed out what was what on arrival. They cleaned plates away quickly. The food was great timing, well cooked and tasted phenomenal. Lots of locals in here so we knew we could trust the place. Great atmosphere. Great price. 5 stars all round. Oh and the samosas were impeccable

I have been to this restaurant four or five times during my last two trips to India, and it is always one of my 'go too' places when it comes to excellent food. The butter chicken and chicken tikka tadka dal and chapatis are consistently fabulous, and the last time, I also had a lassi. It's really convenient for my hotel, the Elphinstone but if it wasn't any good I would happy go elsewhere. I also love the atmosphere with dock works and others and a place the locals love. My meal usually costs around R250-300 and that includes bottle water and a Pepsi. I leave a tip of R50, but I know that is excessive, but it's a really good authentic service. I shall be back time and time again

Great food. I had the butter chicken which is honestly one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in India. Along with a few other things. The custard is a MUST. SO good. Thank you to Javid who patiently explained a variety of dishes to us and made us feel very comfortable and at home. Highly recommend coming this restaurant if you are in area. Prices are excellent. Fresh and high quality food.
