Laksa and Kway Chap are both good vegan choices!

Super nice mee Siam $3.50, lontong$3.50 and veg prawn noodles soup $4. I requested eggless for both mee Siam and lontong and the aunty put in more beehoon and curry veggies to make up for the eggs. Tbh, where can you get such yummy veg food at these prices nowadays? ? However, it's located in the Hong Lee coffeeshop where hygiene needs improvement esp the toilets. ? Updated 18May2025: Tried kway chap $4 and laksa $4 Portion at these prices are absolutely worthwhile for both. Kway chap soup full of herbal flavor which I like. The spicy chilli sauce is an excellent match to go with it. Laksa soup is thick and yummy. Looks like a lot of oil but didn't taste oily at all. Loved the Tau pok too which had fully absorbed the laksa. ?
