We came here on a Saturday evening for dinner which means it was a full house & there was a long que waiting outside. The steak was tough & dry, the ribs were a bit on the muak side considering maybe the sauce of the ribs was on the sweeter side. The seafood chowder lacked flavour but the nachos were okay. The aglio olio was generous with seafood & was a bit spicy, which gave it a nice taste.

What I want to highlight here is how SLOW the kitchen service is, we had to wait close to one hour for our food. Luckily we ordered appetizers if not we'd have left without waiting for the mains to arrive. I have to give props to the waiters who were friendly & continued smiling despite a busy night. As a long established restaurant with years of experience I think they should already know by now that if your restaurant is full on weekends, HIRE MORE KITCHEN STAFF or EXPAND YOUR KITCHEN. Don't keep customers waiting for that long for their food.

I see the lady at the cashier (whom I think is the owner/manager) is busy looking at her phone all night watching tiktoks. As the management you should come and greet your customers from time to time to get feedback. I'm sure there were a lot of complaints about how long it took for the food to arrive.

Such a shame, as a toyyib restaurant I hope they can improve, a lot of muslim customers are willing to pay for good food but it was quite a disappointment. We spend rm400+ but had quite an unpleasant experience, unfortunately it's a no repeat for us.

They said never judge a book by it's cover and I can't agree more. Good rates doesn't mean it will lead to a good food I guess. I had high hopes for my ribeye steak, but it fell short in several aspects. The biggest disappointment was the doneness where I ordered medium well but received something closer to medium or medium rare with a chewy texture. This made the meal feel overpriced for what was served. Overall, it was a letdown that could have been easily avoided with better attention to cooking precision.

I've only been here once and wanted something light, like a snack (not a full meal). We were three people, we don't eat much so we ordered this pizza (four cheese pizza). This was the most unique pizza I've ever had because it was served with honey (on the side). And there were specks of nuts in the pizza as well. It was delicious. For those of you who don't mind experimenting and like a bit of sweetness, you can try this out, even though it's a steakhouse. Will visit again for a full meal trial.

I had a delightful meal at Beef Shop. I ordered the beef nachos, pizza and the Australian beef steak cooked medium rare. The nachos and pizza were delicious and had a great flavor. The beef steak was tender and perfectly cooked, making the meal very enjoyable.

While the mushroom sauce could use a bit of improvement, it was still alright considering the quality of the beef. For drinks, we had the refreshing lemon tea, which comes with free refills.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend Beef Shop for anyone looking to enjoy some quality beef dishes.
