Probably my best hotel stay ever. I stay at Marriott properties all over the world. These guys were just so nice, multiple people remembered my name throughout my stay. The hotel is in an AMAZING location. Best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. I am a connoisseur as well. Totally on point.

One of the best hotel in Bangkok! The service is top notch. The room is spacious and I love how attentive they are, preparing special treatment each time I come back from a long day meeting. The bed is comfortable, you just want to hide under the duvet all day. But the best is the staffs, superb service and caring. Kudos to them! Will definitely come again.

Service is top notch here - so friendly and always wanting to help! The rooms are nice although you can start to see the wear in the bathroom but it's a nice set up. Location is in a good place with ma u things to walk around near it. Breakfast buffet was my fave!

5 star lodging in the heart of a bustling city. Hotel staff were great. Something about hospitality and Thai culture. They get it right. Room was kinda small, but had amazing city views. Everything about this room was 5 star. The room was a little dark. I found the pool area to be relaxing. The breakfast buffet was probably the highlight. That was by far the best buffet that I had seen in all of my SE Asia travels. Great location to walk to restaurants, nightlife, laundry, BTS station.

The room was clean, comfortable, and overall quite nice—no complaints there. However, the lift situation really needs improvement. It was extremely slow, and at one point, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to go up. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially when you're on a schedule. If the lift gets fixed or upgraded, this hotel would be a much better experience overall.
