Great atmosphere! Fast & efficient service. The beef were great especially the sirloin cut that melts in the mouth! ? Waiter also explained how to cook the beef & which sauce went well with different cuts. 10/10 would recommend this place & would come again! the dessert (strawberry milk pudding) was not sour or too sweet.

Wonderful halal dining experience at Gyumon in Kyoto Gion! The quality of the meat was excellent. We really appreciated the attention to halal standards, and the fact that they provide a prayer room is a huge plus for Muslim travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the traditional setting in Gion added to the charm. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Japanese BBQ with halal options!

Fantastic place! I have had so much awesome wagyu beef of different kind here, that I won't forget this place! Great ambience as well: semi-private compartments and traditional Japanese music for the mood to the food! Highly recommended!!!

I was not sure if we come to the right restaurant cuz it was so empty, no one’s here but I was wrong , OMG the food was amazing , especially the ramen was so good, the broth was amazing, the wagyu was yummy. My son picked the place and We were happy with this delicious meal. More tables after We left.
