After a long day of walking, was dying for a juicy burger and we noticed this cute little place that has a lawn rooftop. Decided to try it out and wow, their burgers was exceptional! Service was quick as we order through the kiosk machine. The staff was super friendly, even taking our orders with half an hour left before closing. Great fried chicken and fries.

The restaurant's unique ambience seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern convenience. The exterior boasts a striking green roof, creating a tranquil and eco-conscious atmosphere. Inside, exposed wooden beams and brick walls lend a warm, rustic feel, while large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy dining area. Simple, modern furniture complements the rustic elements, maintaining a clean and uncluttered aesthetic. While they have modern self-ordering kiosks, there's a friendly note at the kiosk for foreigners, encouraging them to order at the counter, which we found to be a very helpful gesture. We were drawn in by the inviting ambience and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. The restaurant offers a selection of high-quality burgers, each offering a unique flavour profile. Burgers include options featuring grilled pork (with or without shrimp), kalbi (beef and pork), fried chicken, and a vegan option with soy protein. All burgers come with caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, sliced onions, and a signature sauce. Customers can customize their burgers by adding jalapenos or bacon. The menu also offers set meals, which include fries and a choice of soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, Fanta, Zero Coke, milk, or Americano), with upgrade options to ades or smoothies They also offer a variety of payment options, including cash, LINE Pay, and credit cards, which is convenient for travelers. I ordered the Kalbi Burger, which features a 140g beef and pork patty, and we could hear the sizzling pan as the chef prepared fresh burgers. The aroma was heavenly, and the anticipation was quickly built. The fries were cooked to perfection, crispy and delicious, and the burger itself was a delightful combination of flavours. The service was friendly and accommodating, even going so far as to let me switch my soft drink to a coffee, which was a perfect ending to our meal. The restaurant also offers a book collection, a unique touch that creates an inviting and cosy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. Another thoughtful detail is that all the utensils are placed within a sterilizer machine, showcasing their commitment to cleanliness. Greenroof Jeju is a fantastic option for a quick and delicious meal in Jeju Island. The quality of the food, the welcoming atmosphere, and the thoughtful touches like the book collection and the helpful notes for foreigners make it a hidden gem. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying burger experience in a relaxed and charming setting.

The burger was great! I just wished there had been an all beef option and that the onions were grilled. Loved the thin onions though. I’m just being extra nit picky, but a great option after the steep hike.

Vegan burger was sold out so was only able to get the fries. Food is prepared fresh and the wait time was longer than I expected.
