I recently stayed here and overall, my experience was quite pleasant. I chose this hotel based on Google Reviews, and it turned out to be really good! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, with nice interiors. The room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, with complete amenities. I really like this hotel. For a 3-day, 2-night stay, it was definitely worth the price. The breakfast had plenty of options, though the food was just okay. However, the fruits were fresh and delicious! If I visit Johor again, I’d probably stay here again.

I booked this hotel last minute and was so impressed. Although it's about 5-7min walk from KSL city mall, it's much better than the hotels nearer to the mall. The room is clean and spacious, the pool and lift are not crowded, and the buffet spread is good.
