Ice cream or cream??? Received a cup of melted ice cream that not only looks unappetising but taste bad too. Asked the staff why the ice cream is melted and they said it’s the last bit of it so it’s normal?! lol pathetic portion, unethical business.

Good variety of ice creams with the toppings all chopped up on a ice cold surface and served in cups or cones. I chose a medium sized cup with a mix of butter pecan and cafe latte and threw in half a reese cup and some chocolate sauce. Cost me 20MYR but the toppings could be a bit more generous.

the ice cream they sold was not soo good , the way they chop the ice cream on the metal was not pleasant and the toppings were not alot also

for service, the people working there were very soft

atmosphere, was really bad, there was some small cockroaches crawling around the toppings , although the toppings had covers , i still think that it was very dirty and unpleasant. i lost my appetite after that :(

Cold Stone Creamery at KSL City Mall offers a delightful variety of ice cream flavors and a wide selection of mix-ins such as Oreo pieces and gummy bears, making for a sumptuous and satisfying treat. However, the experience at this particular outlet was marred by significant issues with staff competency.

During my visit, the staff appeared to be unfamiliar with their tasks, possibly due to inexperience. I had to repeat my order—two flavors mixed with two add-ins, four servings total—multiple times. Despite this, the staff seemed confused and unable to execute the order correctly.

When the ice cream was finally served, it was disappointingly liquid and about 10% melted, far from the firm and high-quality product I have come to expect from Cold Stone Creamery. It is unfortunate, as this location's potential is undermined by the current level of service. I hope that with proper training, the staff can deliver the quality of ice cream that Cold Stone is known for.

P.S. I didn't take any photos or videos because the melted ice cream looked quite unappealing.
