Went to this outlet to eat which is situated at Jewel level 2. The food is really delicious and we ordered the whole chicken for sharing. The marinade and sauces were on point. The barramundi fish is delicious and well cooked. The lamb rack is also very delicious and comes with very nice sides. I ordered an Americano to go with the meal. Definitely a nice place to have a good meal with family and friends.

Food is delicious. Had the special, wagyu brisket.​ Service & food was quick. Nice cosy quiet restaurant. Family friendly as they provided children's melamine crockery and cutlery automatically when baby chair was requested. Plain warm water is a bit pricey at $5 a pot.

Pleasant surprise! Ribeye steak even at medium was perfect for my taste buds and is tender even at medium. The chicken was tender, the salad was surprisedly good with its own pick of olives. Their black olives taste just right. The panna cotta chose to drenched with raspberry and cherry sauce. The only disappointment was sea salt fries without the taste of sea salt anywhere. Just a bunch of fries. Other than that, this place does do a pleasant western cuisine.

Exquisite presentation and impressive hospitality We had such a wonderful set lunch course at El Fuego at Jewel Changi Airport. If hospitality is assessed by the restaurant’s willingness to go above and beyond, then this service deserves 5 stars +++. Thank you Jacinta for indulging my chilli needs! Congrats too to the chef! The scallop and roe appetiser, mushroom porcini pasta, barramundi cream and salmon main dishes were a dream. The icing on the cake was our cream cheese and panda cotta deserts! Well done El Fuego! Encore!?

My wife and I were seated on the fringes of the restaurant where service staff could hardly see us. Atmosphere here was more of Jewel's instead of the restaurant itself. Service could be improved but hey, they're stopping operations by end of Feb 2025. Food was the real positives here. Everything we tried was delicious. Especially the scallops and barramundi dishes.
