Food was stunning, view was gorgeous, the staff were immaculate. We came here for the Valentine’s dinner, 3 course package. Nearly every high end restaurant was fully booked in the coast, we decided to give Edgewater a call and they had 1 table left! If we had known how amazing this place was prior, it would’ve been our first choice.

I chose Edgewater for my 40th birthday lunch when visiting from Hobart and I could not have made a better choice! The food, drinks and service were impeccable and we all had the most amazing time! I honestly can't wait to go back when we next visit the GC!

We had dinner at a restaurant by the Bay and were impressed right away by the stunning waterfront views and the beautifully dim-lit ambience. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting—perfect for a family evening out. The service staff were excellent: attentive, friendly, and very interactive with the kids. Our server also gave thoughtful dish recommendations, which we appreciated. There was a significant delay with the food, which was a bit frustrating, but our waiter handled it well—apologizing sincerely and even arranging a couple of complimentary desserts to make up for the wait. As for the meal itself, the squid ink pasta was nicely al dente with great flavor. The porterhouse steak was the standout of the evening, cooked perfectly medium and packed with flavor. Unfortunately, the tomahawk steak was underwhelming. Both the presentation and taste didn’t live up to expectations, especially given the price point and it was on the special board.

From the moment you step in, the warm ambiance and attentive service set the stage for a memorable meal. The prawn entrée was an absolute standout—grilled to perfection while remaining delightfully juicy, bursting with fresh flavor in every bite. The risotto was faultless, rich and creamy, the mashed potato was a pleasant surprise—different from the usual but absolutely delicious, bringing a unique twist that complemented the meal beautifully. Whether you're looking for a casual yet refined dinner or a place to indulge in high-quality cuisine, Edgewater Dining exceeds expectations. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous! They hosted my wedding reception on the deck, and everything was beyond perfect. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond. The service was prompt, the waitstaff were incredibly polite and attentive, and the food and drinks were simply outstanding. The tables were styled so beautifully—they took my breath away. A special thanks to Gordon and Barbara, who made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. They truly created the perfect evening. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
