Great experience with barista Siew Hui. She's really experienced and was super patient and friendly with us. Learnt a lot from this Pour Your Heart Out session and really enjoyed ourselves! They also went the extra mile to surprise us with a birthday cake and card, very thoughtful and sweet!

Wonderful experience with the Pour Your Hearts Out class conducted by Siew Hui. My wife and I enquired about it in the last moment on a Saturday and they managed to put together a class for us, great effort! It was very hands-on and lots of fun, and we got to try a heart, tulip, and Rosetta all inside 1 class! Siew Hui was very encouraging and engaging, great Saturday afternoon spent!

Siew Hui is extremely sweet and knowledgeable! She's experienced, and her guidance was very helpful. She also answered any queries we had regarding coffee. Had so much fun with the coffee degustation workshop, I'll be back for more!☺️☺️

I had the pleasure of hosting a cozy coffee workshop at Dutch Colony Coffee Co. to show some appreciation for my amazing clients. Siew Hui was our coffee guru for the day, and she made the whole experience so enjoyable and easygoing. She walked us through the basics, like coffee tasting and latte art, and everyone got to try making their own coffee—it was a lot of fun! The atmosphere was relaxed, and it was great seeing everyone enjoy themselves, learning something new, and connecting over coffee. Big thanks to Siew Hui for sharing her passion and making it such a memorable day. Can’t wait to do more of these down the road!
