One of our favourite meals during our trip in Sri Lanka! Menu had many options that we didn’t find at other restaurants. Food was home-made and delicious. They did mention it would be a long wait but we didn’t expect 2 hours. Food was well worth the wait though, would go again. We did hear you could stop by earlier to order ahead so that’s the trick to avoid the wait!

Amazing food!!! We have been trying all the typical Sri Lankan dishes and these were by a long way the best meal we have tasted in Sri Lanka! So fresh and delicious, we asked for proper spicy (which we have done at previous restaurants and we still got mild). At Dushans they delivered. Fresh food, family restaurant, really cute setting, you can’t go wrong. You might wait a little bit for your food if there’s groups in front so go early or buy some drinks from the wine shop next door like we did.

We had a fantastic meal! Delicious veggie kottu, veggie curries, coconut sambal and fries green beans. Everything tasted super fresh. Incredibly friendly people. Definitely eat here if you are in the area!

Best kottu I've ever had in my life (and I had many!) ?? also the curry was fantastic. Me and my friend are in love with this lady's food. I HIGHLY recommend that you pay a visit to this place. I promise you don't regret it. The restaurant itself is nice and cozy, and the lady owner is lovely too.

Lovely small place with a home-like atmosphere, you get a feeling like it’s your auntie and uncle feeding you! We had vegetarian rice&curry and chicken rice&curry with lassie (one banana, one pineapple), everything tasted great!
