14 Sukhumvit 11/1 Alley, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand
Came here due to the positive reviews for lunch with my parents, who are vegetarian. After discussing with Arun Kumar, who was very patient with us, we opted for the veggie combo meal, which included a free 1 liter bottle of Coca Cola and Kheer dessert, alongside the order of a veggie appetizer (paneer 65), veggie entree (saag paneer), veggie biryani, and plenty of buttery naan! They were very gracious with the complimentary papad with green / red chutney + chilis, onions, lemon slices we requested. The biryani and the saag paneer were in traditional clay pots, which kept each entree perfectly heated throughout our meal. The green chutney was rich and flavorful, and the coke with ice + lime helped cool down the deliciously spicy meal (we had asked for it this way ?️) Wonderful meal and we will definitely be back next time we are craving authentic Indian food in Krung Thep!
Had the Hyderabad dum chicken biryani. This was cooked in a sealed clay pot giving it a unique flavor. Comes with raita and green chili curry sauce. Also had the chole batura
Biryani! Biryani! Biryani! My first bite of the Kolkata Chicken Biryani at this spot was not just delicious but unforgettable. Freshly made and ready in about 30 minutes, it arrives in an adorable claypot, making the experience even more special. We also indulged in the Mutton Khosha, which came in a similar claypot and was equally impressive. Both dishes were bursting with flavor, and the fact that the food is halal is a major plus. I'm glad we decided to return, and this place might just become one of our go-to spots in Bangkok. The menu includes detailed descriptions of the different types of Biryanis, which I thought was pretty cool.
One of the best Indian restaurants in Bangkok, offering excellent vegetarian options. The food is high-quality, perfectly spiced, and offers great value for money. A must-visit for Indian cuisine lovers.
This restaurant is good and the staff are polite. I had chicken biryani -Hyderabad style served in a clay with raita and mint chutney and others. I ended my experience with the best chai with milk warming the heart. Music is not very good i wish it can be pure classic Indian music i suggest sitar or Carnatic music.
