They were busy and we waited for about one hour but it was worth waiting. Service and food was great ? They were doing QR code ordering system but since we were traveling from Japan, our phone didn't have WiFi. A service person immediately understood our issues and gave us a paper to fill our orders.

There are still slight differences in taste between branches, but I'm glad Din Tai Fung does a great job maintaining its overall standard across all locations.

Always have a great time and experience at Din Tai Fung. The wait was estimated to be 25 minutes, but we had a big party and was probably closer to 40 minutes on a Friday at lunch. The place is clean and big. Food is always delicious up there in quality. Service is great as well. The prices in Taiwan are way cheaper than in the US. Would recommend it. My favorite items are the xiao long baos, spicy wintons, and shrimp fried rice.

This is a chain with a location in the US as well. It’s impressive to watch them hand make the dough and dumplings in the window as you walk by. This place is very popular, so expect to wait at least 30 mins when you arrive. In our case, we waited 35. Our hotel concierge said the wait can be up to 2 hours. They have standard Chinese dumpling fare and some fried rices and other items. The food we got was good. Service was decent as well. Definitely a solid choice for dumplings.

The food was absolutely delicious ?. Everything was made with such care , it just melts in your mouth. Customer service is amazing, they are very cordial and make your meal so much better. You need to come hungry to experience a couple things in the menu. We finished everything, ✅️
