Dinner, never think so much and ask for the opinion from the lady boss to help me order. She nicely pick up a fish and make as sambal. Myself top up sotong and gong gong. Personally surprised with the gong gong taste, unexpected nice taste, match well with the source, and like the chunchy feel. I believe this should be a must try for me if i come again. Price is still reasonable for me, attached my order for reference. Even, is a open space area and a bit smoky when they burn the fish, still the environment is not hot during my visit. I choose like what the others does, sit outdoor.

When you are in Batam and want very tasty food at affordable prices (but don't mind basic al fresco dining by the road) then this is exactly the place for you. It comes highly recommended because the fish/seafood is fresh. You choose and they'll do the rest.

We had an iftar dinner on 15th Mar 2025, reached the place at 6.00pm, and seats almost 99% either filled up or reserved. We had to wait 10 mins for the staff to get our orders. We ordered BBQ carb fish, fried squid, fried chicken, chili kangkung, egg omelette & chilli petai

Been here three times. The major highlight here, of course, is the charcoal grilled fish that you pick from the sampan. Totally delicious! The satay and otak otak are fine. Oh, don't forget to pair with timun juice (cucumber). Will return

Had a delicious seafood dinner here on a Friday evening. We had sambal stingray, sambal fish, satay, kangkong, chicken. Satay was very tasty and so different from what we have eaten in Singapore. The stingray and fish sambal were good and I did not taste or smell anything fishy at all. I loved the ketupat too. It's just authentic which we can't get in Singapore anymore. We paid around S$57 but e meal tasted so exquisite. My boys gave two thumbs up after the meal. Don't miss this place if you are in Batam Centre. (Had to take away 1 star cos of the kitties and e flies)
