The food are delicious, we had Nasi Campur Udang Special which comprise of crispy deep fried baby prawns, fermented bokcoy, empal (fried beef), sunny side up and serundeng (sweet and spicy stir fry grated coconut). And their Pisang Goreng Madu (honey banana fritters) is a must try! However the place is not that cool as it’s an open space restaurant so it could get quite hot when it’s fully packed with customers

"This place is one of the legendary culinary spots in Surabaya. It started as a small food stall, but now it has transformed into a modern three-story building featuring a restaurant, a hall, and a souvenir market offering Bu Rudy's specialties and other Surabaya snacks. The restaurant is quite comfortable with a spacious seating area, although it's always busy. They offer a variety of Indonesian dishes that feel very homey. I tried the nasi bakar tuna, nasi campur udang krispi, and their famous pisang goreng madu. Overall, the food isn’t particularly special—it simply feels like home-cooked meals, but thats why we always want to come again.. Bu Rudy herself is very energetic and adds a lively vibe to the place

The restaurant is on top level. Level 2 is for the market, to get some snacks or souvenirs. Parking is on Level 1. There is an elevator so it's accessible for seniors or handicapped person.
