Happy to be able to find Delifrance again. Must say the lady taking our order was SUPER COURTEOUS and friendly. We ordered 2 sandwich set with soup and must admit the price is on the higher end considering the offering. The latter is the likely the reason it is fairly empty when we came during peak lunch hour. All in all it was nostalgic n nice.

We came here on a weekday for lunch. This was a place we used to visit long ago, before the Sing Post Centre underwent extensive rebuild. So it is rather nostalgic for us.

The place was not extremely crowded and we both had pasta dishes: Smoked salmon aglio olio and Pomodoro with prawns. Overall, they were tasty, with the salmon slightly on the salty side. The prawns were likely from frozen batch. The spaghetti were not cooked authentically, i.e. al dente, but rather the local style of being more soggy. The especially strange thing to us was that the pasta were cut to short lengths… we did not order a kids meal…

Terrible service and standard of food has dropped so much. I definitely won't be patronising Delifrance again.

The place was full when we went in to try and find a seat. However, we soon realised it was just full of people studying or doing work. In the late afternoon on a weekend, I believe most cafes would have the sense to remind customers not to hog tables by studying as these are peak hours. Unfortunately, no action was taken by the staff so we had to stand around to try find a seat by ourselves. Next, we also realised that these table hoggers were also taking up much more space than required (1/2 persons taking up 4 pax tables). Again, it was very disappointing to see the staff just stand around and not make any effort to try and rearrange the seating.

When we finally got a seat, we placed our order and was astonished by the staff's inability to get through a simple order even though there were no other customers ordering. For some reason, they seemed very confused by our order and kept checking with us, so we ended up having to just verbally tell them our order.

Food also tastes bad. The puffs aren't salty enough, and the tart was way too sweet. Overall, don't waste your time and calories by coming here. There are so many better options out there.

To begin with, I will share the pics of this place once this review is approved as TA does not allow the first reviewer to upload photos. I am not sure why.

We dropped by here for our break after doing our grocery shopping. The cafe is small but cosy and nice. Tables are arranged very near to one another (thinking they are trying to maximize the sitting capacity) and one can easily listen to diners' conversations at the next or surrounding tables.

We ordered a tuna croissiant, strawberry frappe and iced mocha. The service was very slow and though after ordering, our queue number was no flashed in the screen (all the numbers before or after our numbers were all there on the screen but missing ours).

After quite a while, we noticed the 2 drinks were left at the counter (already for some time since they were prepped but since our numbers were not flashed we didn't go to the counter) until one of the staff realized them and then brought them to us!

The strawberry frappe was very dilute and no taste of the strawberry or it's flavour at all, but the iced mocha was fine, quite flavourful and refreshing. Then after a while, another staff brought our our croissant. Well, it was good， fluffy and tasty.

There were 3 staff and service was super slow and slow in response. I hope they can buck up the service.
