Giving less than 5 stars will be disrespect and giving more is not possible so 5 it is. The food is really really good, I ordered Dasaprakash special dosa, Chettinad paneer dosa, cocktail gunpowder idli and madras masala vada. Everything was near perfect in taste, quantity and quality. The three chutneys were delicious as was the sambar served with every dish. The staff, service and atmosphere couldn't be better than this.
We came here for breakfast and had a genuinely great experience. The service stood out right away — everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite a noticeable language barrier, the staff went out of their way to help us understand the menu and even pointed out the best value options, which we really appreciated. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a clean and inviting atmosphere that made us feel comfortable right away. As for the food—it was absolutely delicious and sat very well with us, which is always a plus when traveling. Overall, a lovely spot for breakfast with warm hospitality and quality food. We’d definitely come back.
Dasaprakash in Rajouri Garden is a refreshing addition to the South Indian dining scene in West Delhi. The place offers a well-rounded experience with authentic flavors, a spacious and neat ambiance, and warm service that adds to the charm. The dosa varieties are crisp and well-made, with their classic masala dosa and rava dosa standing out. The idlis are soft, and the chutneys and sambhar complement the meal well, though the spice levels may feel a bit toned down for those who prefer a punch. Their North Indian fusion options and desserts like the ice cream sundaes and filter coffee are also worth a try. The ambiance is elegant yet casual, making it suitable for both family outings and small get-togethers. Staff is generally courteous and responsive. Prices are fair given the quality and portion size, though slightly on the higher side compared to local South Indian joints. Overall, Dasaprakash brings together tradition and comfort, offering a satisfying South Indian meal.
This place is a lovely place to dine out with friends and family. It is a vegetarian food joint that offers a wide selection of north Indian and south Indian options. We ordered a north Indian platter and South Indian thalis along with malai kofta curry. Food was good. The place gives a very south Indian vibe and has traditional pictures all around the place. Service was good but food took time to be delivered especially the South Indian thali which took nearly 25 + mins to be served. The pricing is quite on the higher end so hits on the pocket as is higher than other prominent vegetarian restaurants. One can definitely try the place so recommended without second thought
Excellent choice if you want to go for south indian vegetarian dishes. Ambience is quite good and spacious, staff behaviour was fantastic. Food quality and taste is just fantastic, only issue is waiting time on weekends if you don't book in advance
