I actually didn’t have a bad time here. Since hotels are so ridiculously expensive in Singapore, this place was a decent value. The staff was nice and the AC was very strong. I was able to fit everything comfortably in my room. While I wish it was bigger, it sufficed for my one week vacation in Singapore. The location is great. It’s in  Little India where food is pretty cheap and it’s a five minute walk from the subway. It’s also a 10 minute walk from Bugis which is a great place to go shopping. At night it was always quiet and I had no problems sleeping. Only thing I wish they had was a community kitchen. There’s no refrigerator or microwave. There was an electric kettle so I could make tea. Overall, I would stay here again.

We stay at the hotel for about 6 days. and we feel that the room is not really clean. and the mini ref is not functioning. noise outside is very disturbing. I hope they will improve their service. the male receptionist is Ok. he is so nice. but the female ☹️. the cleaner is good the female 1 when we request to clean our room.

Issue 1: The first room given to us has no power source, unable to switch on the lights or anything at all.

Issue 2: Went back down to the front desk for assistance but no one was around to assist (mind you it was within 5 mins upon being checked in & the front desk staff has then disappeared). I had to wait for 10-15 mins & made over 10 calls to the front desk. The whatsapp number given behind the room door is to no avail too.

Issue 3: After 15 minutes of waiting, staff came from outside & proceed to assist & I was then given another room with a dirty balcony that’s full of leftover rubbish & used bottles scattered around.

Issue 4: This one made us pack our bags & check-out immediately, there’s cockroaches running around at the headboard of the bed!

Also, the room was smelly that my partner has to use his perfume to spray all over. The bidet in the toilet were disgusting, it has mold all over. A/C felt more like a heater….. Oh god i can carry on & on….

We didn’t even stay for more than an hour due to all the above mentioned issues. Upon the request for check-out & informing the staff on the cockroaches, staff did not even try to offer any solution, IT IS 1AM IN THE MORNING. We had a late check-in nearing midnight yet we’re already out by 1AM. Imagine being tired & going through this inconveniences……

We ended up booking a nearby budget hotel in the middle of the night.

a BUDGET hotel serving better than a THREE STAR hotel is diabolical btw……

Male reception is friendly, but female reception seems to be in the bad mood all the time. The room is clean enough. The wifi is Ok. However, some toilets run out of soap and shampoo. Do not forget to prepare 100sgd to check in.

The room was good, location also nearby to the MRT and also other convenient store like 711. They also have chikopollo which is also good restaurant. However, all of it was ruined by their female receptionist which did not know how to treat guests
