We’ve been using this catering service regularly, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Jesslyn, who handles our catering sales, is always a pleasure to work with—efficient, responsive, and incredibly helpful in making sure every detail is covered. Ye, who leads the operations team, ensures that every event runs smoothly. Setup is always punctual and professional, and the service team is friendly and well-coordinated. A big shoutout to Chef Kenny and his culinary team as well. The food quality is outstanding every time—flavorful, beautifully presented, and consistent across every order. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Overall, it’s a well-oiled team that delivers on both service and quality. Highly recommended!

This was our first time engaging Creative Eateries for a sit-down dinner for a company event for 70 guests, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Kiat Xin for her professionalism and consistently prompt responses—she made the planning process seamless and worry-free.
