Amazing food, great location in Surfers, service was extraordinary. Even though they were close to closing, they accommodated us and didn't make us feel rushed. Real authentic Italian atmosphere. The portion size was huge, especially given their $20 special on pasta. The prawns in our dishes were big and fresh. The garlic pizza bread was to die for. We will definitely come back and will recommend to everyone. You must try this restaurant!!

Capricciosa Pizza (sm: $21, lg: $28): To note that there’s no onion in the pizza for the people who dislike eating them like me. Anchovies are optional and not only did ask for not putting that but also mushrooms. To my great surprise, this is the most authentic pizza I’ve ever tasted since every Italian restaurant in Taiwan is just Taiwanese chef cooking pasta and baking pizza without any Italian special methods. The mozzarella cheese had superior taste and the crunchy texture of the bread and crusts were just one of a kind. Moreover, this time I also discovered black olives uncut complemented much better than being cut like the best one I had in Taipei because the fragrant, luscious and salty flavour of olive become far more distinct. Tiramisu ($13.9): There were a lot of cocoa powder on the top and the cream was well mixed. It tasted sweet, amazing and a bit alcoholic but the concentration was great for me. Lemon Iced Tea ($5.0): It was good and tangy but a little plain. In conclusion, the restaurant was fairly bustling at 6:30 p.m on Sunday. It was kind of the man who helped me with my order and request for not putting mushrooms. Most importantly, the pizza definitely reached the summit of all the pizzerias. Suppose that there’s first branch opened in Taiwan, it’s definitely Michelin awarded (sadly there’s no Michelin in Australia) and the waiting line is definitely going to be at least 1 hour long or over 10 groups waiting every day at noons and nights according to Taiwanese people’s crazy and high patience for lining. I’ll absolutely be back next time visiting Gold Coast. Its location is a few minutes away from the Cavill Avenue tram station. Overall, it’s a 10 out of 10!

The food here wad the best in my 9 days in Surfers Paradise. Good enough to return for a second time. It was prepared perfectly both times. And both times it reminded me of both my Donna's and my father's cooking growing up. The staff were all lovely, cheerful ans attentive. Be sure to check them out and make a reservation. I enjoyed watching the green taxis with their music cycling by.

The service, the food, the vibe, everything about this place was perfect! GO WITH AN EMPTY STOMACH. You need the garlic bread, you will order 2, thats how good it was (add cheese on top), the workers are italian, the whole place was very italian and seemed like they knew their stuff. Will be going again when I get the chance.
