Vegetarian mix rice shop. I was surprised to see that business was better than a normal mix rice shop on early hours of a weekday. I ordered a prawn mee and took 2 dish from the mix rice section. Though it didn't surprise me, I won't complain much. Food was OK, good enough for daily rush hour lunch. Food: 7/10, Price: RM9.50

Yum! Ordered the salt pepper popcorn chicken rice and chicken dumpling soup through Grab for lunch. Loved the popcorn chicken — reminded me of Taiwanese popcorn chicken. Super crispy, flavorful, and paired well with the rice. The dumplings were just okay though. Would love to order again from this place and hope to come in person one day.

I was in this area for something else and thought of giving it a try at Ci Xia. Unknowing they also have the next shop selling frozen and dried vegetarian meats, seasoning for soup and gravy. There are tons of variety choices. My early dinner was never expected to be cold dishes. Is self service and kind of buffer style. Some families pick a few plates of dishes then they dine together. I think they do have free drinking water but there is no cup. Parking is quite full most of the time although the street turned into 1 way.
