I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! Been here in HCM the past 2 days and went here for dinner twice...also planning on going here tonight. ?? It was recommended by my hostel as a local vegetarian restaurant and wow it doesn't disappoint. Not touristy at all. It's a family run restaurant and everything except for the drinks are homemade. Owner is also super sweet and does speak English. What to order? - spring rolls (inside is taro, sweet potato and mushroom = best spring rolls I've ever had) - yogurt (Vietnamese style made with condensed milk) - curry *Edit: OMG GET THE BASIL RICE AND PURPLE RICE OMG OMG OMG!

Super homely feel where the lady boss and her mom will cook tasty and warm vegetarian/vegan meals for you ? We had stir-fry noodles and an off-menu soup noodles with a side of fried mushrooms - so so good. Do note it is on the peppery side so if you would like to request for less spice you can let the boss know (sometimes google translation would be good as they are mainly Vietnamese-speaking). But kudos to the lady boss for trying her best to commune in English and making sure we love the food. ?

I can't recommend this place enough. Just out of this world, probably my favourite restaurant in the whole world!!! Food generally costs £1.50 for a full meal

3.5/5 - Comfortable, like your auntie feeding you. Very clean, 10 crowded small tables with uncomfortable stools (but better than those moulded plastic kiddie chairs at streetside beer hois), not over-priced for the quality (fair-priced for her clientele, young female western tourists apparently), serving portions are close to generous. I came here because at 20:15 it was the only vegetarian place open nearby my location. Little miffed that a shouting young man then another person, were both served before me, despite her seeing me previous. Maybe their meals were easier to prepare Also, no soap in the WC despite many niche beauty products. The bar nextdoor wafts cigarette smoke in. I like the clever condiment organizer's, but could nit find a trashcan under the table to dispose of my used toothpick. Not enough room? Most westerners do not like? I had veggie fried rice for 40K. Everything hot (OK, X16) on the photo menu (X17) is the same price. The lemon basil fried rice was tasty, albeit very spicy (tasted like chilies not black pepper - I would prefer Phu Quoc peppercorns) and there was certainly no fresh basil in it. I did not taste any citrus. I liked that she had put in it garlic and enough mushrooms. But, I thought it odd that there were chopsticks and huge thick melamine Chinese soup spoons, but not a western spoons or fork to be seen. Not professional. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. Old (eccentric?) lady who dresses and is ornamented like a gypsy-hippy in some New Age sect is working very hard trying to make a buck, it is vegetarian, and there is a photo menu. I will not make a point of returning, but if I am in the neighbourhood I will try again. In Muslim part of town

I love it! Was already there 3 times and everything was so good. Also the owner was so nice and welcoming, I felt so comfortable there. And everything is vegetarian!
