Went here for a lunch with family. It was around christmas time so the decoration and the songs were all about christmas, it truly made a very warm ambience. Food tasted good as always, service was nice and staffs were responsive. Strange thing was that we called to book a table for lunchtime on a Sunday, and they said it was fully booked. But when we were there anyway on Sunday at 12PM, it turned out so many tables were available ?‍♀️

We’ve been here many times, and this time we came to celebrate our son’s birthday. The service was excellent as always! We brought our own cake, and they surprised us with a small birthday treat. They even took a photo of us and printed it as a keepsake to remember this special celebration in Surabaya, Indonesia. Truly a thoughtful and memorable experience! Thank you BonCafe Galaxy Mall 3

Dinner with family and friend but the staff surprised me with a birthday ice cream and song. Thank you Mas Bendra and team for a wonderful service. You all made my day. The steaks were delicious and soft. So nice. Thank you!
