I am a Biryani lover and bit fussy when it comes to Authenticity of this Royale Dish. After tasting and trying almost all Famous Biryani joints, I finally got to try Biryani by Kilo. I must say that everytime I think that I've tasted the best….a better version comes up in my list. But Biryani by Kilo has bowled me over totally as they excel in Aunthenticity and knows actually, what it takes to become BEST AMONGST REST. Their Famous and Popular “Aanch” Dum Biryani is all about delivering the Royal and Fresh Biryani to each and every customer and make their dining experience memorable. Not just the Razmataz they added, but they have actually reinvented the Dum experience to a perfection as you get it lit. It's too Royale. Here is what we ordered: Aanch Dum Chicken Biryani: Each and every portion you order, comes in a Dum sealed Matki, along with a Tea-lit Burner that gives you a fresh Dum and illuminated experience. Just lit the candles for 8-10 minutes or heat up in Microwave, and open up to indulge in the Aromas of Mint, Brown Onions, saffron, spices and chicken. It's magical. They are really professional and everything is so well labelled with seal of freshly done. The Khilla Khilla rice and Perfetly cooked chicken in marinade is full of robust flavours of whole spices. Served along with Salan, onion and mint dip this one stole my heart. Loved it to the core. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5/5***** for me. Chicken Korma: One of the best Chicken Korma I had after ages. The oil floating on the top depicts slowly cooked chicken in curd, onion gravy and spices. It was gorgeous and so well cooked in balanced Flavors. The spices didn't overpowered the chicken and Korma taste and every bite was yummmm. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5/5***** for me. To go along with the Korma we had also ordered Ulte Tawa Ka Parantha: This was soft, big and delicious Parantha that were finished in minute. Perfectly paired. A MUST ORDER. 5/5***** for me. Mutka Phirni: This is nothing but perfection, Royale. We eat so many fancy deserts around, but this one is clear winner amongst all. This Dessert comes in a “Traditional Mutki” tied top with glazed sheet that has the Earthen Aromas and flavours which makes this simple looking dessert blissful. So creamy, velvety, balanced sweetness and light that you won't like to stop till you have finished it all. Blissful. I had been craving biryani all along the weekend, to curb the same i relied upon the best in town. As i already knew, the order takes 90 minutes of preparation time, the struggle was real but all worth it, every single bite. I had placed an order from their new menu which has been very recently launched. It included- 1. Malamaal chicken biryani 2. Mushroom pepper 3. Dastan-E-Gul, Dessert 4. Ulte tawe ka Parantha 5. Burani Raita I'm at a loss of words to explain my magical experience. From the dum biryani sealed matki, to the rice being long grain and fluffy, the chicken being juicy and perfect which was very well complemented with the raita, the mushroom pepper was so good that i couldn't believe the flavours at first which i paired with the Parantha. Coming, to the dessert, though it was over long back in the lunch but I'm craving it and i dont think I'll be able to get over it anytime soon. They've named it "Dastan-E-Gul" which is basically bottle gourd burfi (yes, you heard it right) with a bottom layer of pan flavours and loaded with dry fruit, kuddos to the person who came up with this creation. Furthermore, there is so much detailing to the packaging, there's labelling done so well, speaks volumes of professionalism, precision and customer satisfaction.

Totally blown away by the style of their packaging for delivery. They literally serve the biryani in Handis. ? Ordered a Chicken Boneless Hyderabadi Biryani and was totally surprised by the packaging. Not only they serve it in a Handi, they even give a small Handi with tiny lamps to heat up biryani "Dum" style. ?? 5/5 for this amazing addition. ?? Coming to the taste and quantity, it was delicious. ? Better than the most places I've tried. Specially the Mirchi ka Salan that they serve the biryani with. The quantity was very fulfilling that would suffice 2 people. 5/5 for that as well. Definitely recommended!!

Biryani by kilo has come up with a new menu and it was high time I tried these new dishes from there newly opened outlet in NFC. They have come up with a new range of biryani, main course curries and desserts. Ordered from this outlet, the food was delivered on time and sizzling hot. Ordered malamaal chicken biryani, paneer nawabi, ulte tawa ka parantha and their new dessert dastaan-e-gul. The biryani and paneer nawabi were served in handi. The biryani was lip smacking delicious with amazing portion of chicken pieces, perfectly balanced spices and served with salan. The paneer nawabi tasted great with parantha which were too good. Now coming to the dessert, dastaan-e-gul is a gulkand based dessert served in a jar. It was super sweet with lots of dry fruits. A must try dessert if you want to taste something different. Overall, this new menu is a must have for all.

Love the biryani at Best price. Single Serving is just 299rs which so good.If you order from ONDC then you will get it at 170rs around Which is great deal with great taste. Around 600gm so good. Light biryani less Spicy So good i like the quality.
