Wonderful and lovely atmosphere. Great food. Service was exceptional by Tom who cleaned the table before sat down, worked hard, spoke to us, checked in, welcomed, and said goodbye. Definitely will be back especially for this kind of friendliness by the staff. Spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. Family friendly. Next time I want to try the Onion rings. Chips were okay. Perfect first experience ? Didn't realise they have Betty's Beer.. Keep it up!
It's my first time visiting Betty's Burger. Alex was at the counter and he did an excellent job! Introduced my the menu and made great recommendations, all with a delight mood and friendly patience. I ordered Betty's Classic Burger and felt very good about the food. Recommend this store, absolutely. Alex, thank you for the great work!
Decent freshly made, fast food burgers. Beefy, juicy, crispy, and not overly salted. Fluffy buns that held the ingredients well and soaked up the juices. Onion rings were slightly greasy but onion was sweet and crust was crunchy. Milk shakes were excessively sweet, do avoid those.
We heard people say Betty's burger is Australian style of Shake Shake in US. We drop by the place for lunch on the first day. The food was good and the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Just a friendly reminder that the ketchup is NOT FREE, which really surprise us. it's $1 each. Salt and pepper are free. Maybe this is one of the culture shocks ? for those of us who lived in Asia and Canada.
I grabbed a burger and chips here last night and honestly it felt rushed, it felt alittle bland. The staff were happy enough and helpful. Maybe it was due to it being close to closing time but either way that should matter. The hype was not worth it.
