I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, it was genuinely one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life. Taste is so savory. You definitely need to try this place. Service was good I ate outside and the weather was very nice so it added to the quality of this food.

The restaurant was very busy when we visited, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. I highly recommend booking a table in advance to avoid a long wait, as it took us some time to be seated. Unfortunately, the staff were arguing loudly with each other, which affected the overall experience. On a positive note, the restaurant has a convenient location near the train station, making it easily accessible.

A little overhyped. Don't get me wrong, it's good but not best in the world as many seem to suggest. they weren't very busy when I visited but by the time I left, it was pretty much completely packed. Would recommend making reservations if you plan to come during peek lunch or dinner times to avoid waiting for a table. If the weather is nice, the outside seating is lovely. We tried a burger and a chicken sandwich as well as their fries. Both were cooked very well and the portions are very generous. The ingredients felt very high quality. You wont be disappointed dinning here but your wallet might be as it's quite pricey like most things in Switzerland. The staff here was very attentive despite looking a little over worked. Very close to the Interlaken OST and the downtown area.

I visited this restaurant with my family during our trip to Switzerland last week, and we chose it based on its excellent Google reviews — it did not disappoint! Currently living in the U.S., I’m quite familiar with hamburgers, and this place really impressed us. We tried the crispy chicken, beef burgers, and a salad. The burgers were amazing — juicy, well-seasoned, and served with fresh vegetables. Overall, the food was delicious and the customer service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

My boyfriend and I ate here today and it was amazing! We are traveling here from America and have had our fair share of burgers, but the Cheese burger was off the charts. My boyfriend got the spicy chili chicken sandwich and he couldn't put it down it was so good! We are here another 4 days and plan to go back again before we leave! The staff were really great as well and spoke English. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean.
