Stayed in Pullman Mandalika for a night after 3 nights in Gili. We were in search of good Indonesian cuisine and to our surprise the Aer Restaurant had an extensive menu of Indonesian food. We were greeted warmly by Lili and Wahyu. Later on the manager, Valdo and his bartenders Marta and Syaka dropped by our table to check on our experience and the taste of the food and drinks. The food here taste amazing. We started off with Bebalung which is a Beef Soup with steamed rice- the warm rich soup really opened up our appetite for the next up Nasi Goreng Gila! The Nasi Goreng was jammed packed with fresh seafood. So appetizing we ordered supper right away to be sent to our room. Perfect dinner to end our Lombok trip!

The food is very very good. Our group had the snapper, beef, tuna as the mains, it is superb. Prawns, tomyum, seafood soup for appetisers. Tiramitsu for dessert. Back again for dinner the next day. ?

This is highly rated and deserves every bit of its rating. It's probably the best food I've had in such type of hotels. We were there in August and were totally impressed. We're back in February, and the quality is just jaw-dropping. The chef has had to spend extensive time in Italy, or he's just a genius. Just the way the pasta is al dente is terrific, but the flavors, the tomato sauce, etc... the real pizza oven, the burgers, the rendang, etc... I'm still looking for one less-well executed dish (found it: stay away from the dim sum on Sundays). I give up, it's all so well executed, it's addictive. Can't recommend this place enough

Highly recommend - breakfast buffet - Soto Ayam!!! - grilled fish - tuna I say for Asian food, stick with Indonesian. I wasn’t impressed with the two Thai dishes I’ve ordered. But everything else, each time, was highly impressed!

Amazing, that's what I can say after visiting this restaurant. Great atmosphere, cleanliness, fountain view, great staff and fantastic food. I want to stay and try everything the menu has to offer. Everything was simply amazingly delicious, we especially hope for the steaks, we will definitely come back and try them, with the hope that these are the best steaks on the island. This restaurant is a must on your list of the best restaurants in Lombok!
