With all the hoo-ha surrounding this year's Ramadan Bazaar at Geylang Serai, you're probably wondering if it's still worth visiting. Well, THIS will convince you that your yearly bazaar trip is still going to happen in 2018. ?

Inspired by Taiwanese street food, Beef Bro set up a stall in this year's bazaar to sell Singapore's first ever halal Mentaiko Blow-Torch Beef ($16). Yes, you read that right - they've paired 2 crowd favorites into one mind-blowing dish that's sure to leave you wanting more! ?

P.S. Beef Bro was started by actor Danial Ashriq and his fellow co-owner! Many of us would remember him as a famous child actor, so here's more reason to go over and savour these mouth-watering delights ?

We tried their specialty on our visit there, and let's just say we're still thinking about it days after. Made with juicy premium rump steak, the cubes of fat were especially delectable and were our personal favourite!

#HHWT Tip: Be sure to top off your blow-torched beef with some of their sambal belacan, made using a family recipe. The extra kick complemented our dish surprisingly well and despite the spice, we kept dipping into the sambal for more. ?

Besides the mentaiko topping, they also have Cheese ($1), Seaweed, Japanese Rice ($14) and Himalyan Pink Salt for you to choose from. Or, you could choose to feast on the 200 grams of blow-torched beef cubes on their own for $14!

If this doesn't convince you to make your yearly visit to the bazaar, check out our other top picks of halal stalls at the Ramadan Bazaar here! Ramadan Mubarak and happy food-hunting everybody! ?
