Located in Terminal 2 of Haneda International Airport, a store affectionately known as Kebab Stand stands tall amongst the other food options in the terminal. The newly opened kebab store was opened by the popular Turkish restaurant "Mrs. Istanbul", known for their Middle Eastern cuisine. ? It doesn’t open for very long (opens from 9AM to 4PM on weekdays) but if you happen to be around when it is, you can’t miss this opportunity!

While you may not be able to grab a seat and dine at the store itself because of its takeaway only style, you can watch as your kebabs are prepared fresh in front of you! ? Not to mention, these kebabs are prepared by chefs who have honed their skills in Turkey so you know you’ll be in good hands. If you’re not sure what to order, you can’t go wrong with the classic Doner Kebab, one of the very popular menu items loved by travellers. The meats are marinated in homemade sauce and served with their original fluffy bread. Additionally, Kebab Stand acquired a Halal certification so that Muslims can eat their dishes with peace of mind! ?

If you’re looking for somewhere to pray after your meals, you can visit the prayer room located in the same terminal, at the departure hall. The room is clean and spacious enough to accommodate multiple people if you’re praying in pairs or with your children. ? There’s even a designated area for you to perform ablution (or wudu’) before prayers!

So if you’re travelling through Haneda International Airport, don’t forget to check out the newly opened Kebab Stand and the prayer room that are both located in the same terminal. SAVE this article for your next exciting trip to Japan!
