It started off as a humble home-based business by Chef Sazali, who carries a not-so-modest range of achievements and experiences under his belt. His illustrious career of more than 20 years in the F&B industry has taken him through different culinary roads.
From being a sous chef at fine dining restaurants of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The St. Regis Singapore and Italy’s famous delicatessen COVA Pasticceria—Confetteria Singapore, to being head chef at Pezzo Group and The Black Hole Group (think Tipo, The Great Mischief, Afterwit and more) to lastly whipping up restaurant-quality street food grub at 2KulGuyz, he’s done it all ?
P.S. Chef Sazali has visited HHWT at our office last year with a delicious range of burgers, pasta and desserts (in which all plates were polished off CLEAN ?), so it’s HHWT-approved! ?
Chef Sazali’s dedication to his craft shows no sign of slowing down. He has now rebranded to become solely focused on bazaars. 2KulGuyz kicked off their bazaar stint at the current Woodlands Bazaar, with a menu that’s bound to impress ?
For starters, the Truffle Mushroom Chicken Pasta will get you boarding on the truffle train if you have yet to do so. Sauteed mushrooms and truffle paste are tossed together into a luscious cream alfredo sauce. Add on spaghetti cooked to al dente texture and slices of smoked chicken breast, and it’s a match made in pasta heaven!

Of course, expect generous servings of shredded parmesan all over because cheese and pasta are besties for life ?
Nothing beats the classic pasta dish with their Smoked Beef Bolognese Pasta. It’s comfort and delicious in a bowl, with an added smoky twist for an overall savoury, rich flavour that promises a healthy addiction to all things pasta ?
Fusion has been the king of the culinary game for a while now, and Chef Sazali has jumped on board with his unique Beef Rendang Lasagna. It’s a secret recipe developed by him, and we leave it to the best in the business to surprise us. One thing you can expect though is this: it’s creamy and bold in flavours, which is suited to those up for a gastronomic adventure ?
