But in the last few years, things have really changed and you can even find outlets of popular restaurants in Bukit Panjang and an underrated ice cream cafe in Choa Chu Kang. ? This IG-worthy cafe is a secret spot you may not have heard of! Step into HEY SUGAR and you'll be dazzled by its pink walls, fairy lights, and neon signs. This halal zi char spot is perfect for a family meal with its generous portions and huge menu! Sinaran Seafood may be a small and humble stall but don't underestimate it.
