A dining experience at Amber Chinese Muslim Restaurant is the closest thing you can get to having an authentic meal in Northern China. Using traditional cooking techniques, prepare to be blown away by their amazing dishes of fresh spices and bold flavours. Although a CNY dinner here may come at a steeper price, you’ll be able to enjoy a delicious dinner in a wonderfully classy atmosphere.
Start off your meal with several appetizers such as Chinese chives pancakes and sesame mochi bun. Then, dive into their special roasted lamb, braised fish, kung pao chicken, and sauteed broccoli with mushroom. Before you end your feast, have a go at the lotus seed with white fungus soup.
