In Singapore, we're so blessed with plenty of halal cuisines and one of our favourites is none other than halal dim sum! With bite-sized portions and variety, dim sum is a scrumptious treat any time of the day 😋 Dim sum lovers, there's one halal stall you have to head to next - Halal Chee Cheong Fun (HCCF)! Previously a home-based business, HCCF now has a stall at Kim San Leng Coffeeshop in Tampines. As its name suggests, HCCF not only specialises in halal chee cheong fun (rice noodle roll) but they also serve other yummy snacks like char kuey dishes (fried dough) and keropok lekor (Malay fish cracker snack). There are 3 chee cheong fun flavours to choose from - original, prawn and beef. What sets HCCF apart from the rest is their amazingly soft and smooth texture as you bite into the chee cheong fun. The homemade sauces have been highly raved by customers too as it's the perfect blend of sweet, spicy and savoury flavours. It has a bit of kick, perfect for spicy food lovers.

Plus, it's also topped with chopped prawns and shallots. If you're in the mood for meat, the Beef Chee Cheong Fun (1 for $5.50, 3 for $16) will tantalise you. If you've been missing the snacks at Ramadan bazaars, be sure to get HCCF's char kuey and keropok lekor too! The Char Kuey Fun ($5) has the best of both worlds - imagine the crispiness and oiliness of the fried dough topped with the delicious sauce from the chee cheong fun 🤤If you prefer something more traditional, the Char Kuey Sotong will satisfy your cravings. If you're a fan of keropok lekor, you'd be pleased to know that HCCF takes it up a notch. Besides the original keropok lekor, the cheese and bandung flavours will make your mouth water.
