Get a cut of their Roasted Lamb Leg and Slow-cooked Beef Ribeye at the carving station, and have them melting in your mouth. 2. Koh Nangkam

Does the idea of having free flow tom yum, green curry and Thai iced tea excite you? Well, now you can satisfy all your Thai food cravings at Koh Nangkam. This unassuming Southern Thai eatery is having its Halal Iftar Thai Buffet this Ramadan.

Other than scrumptious Thai dishes to eat with rice, there’ll also be appetisers like their all-time favourite Hat Yai Fried Chicken and Mango Sticky Rice. Not only is their food delicious, this buffet is very affordable as well – it costs just $22 per person ?

If you need to do your prayers after breaking fast, don’t worry as Koh Nangkam has set aside a mini prayer room. So, that’s another reason to head here for iftar. Otherwise if it gets too crowded, you can always do your prayers at Sultan Mosque which is just nearby.

3. The Landmark (Village Hotel Bugis)

Most of you would have probably heard of The Landmark for having celebrity Chef Bob as one of its cooks. This Ramadan, they are having an Iftar Special and the good news is, it’s one of the most affordable buffets (from just $35!) you can find in the heart of Singapore. Don’t be fooled by its cost though as it still serves a wide variety of international cuisines from Asian and Western to Mediterranean and Indian.

One of the highlights of their buffet is this Sup Tulang (mutton bone soup), which has a thick and flavourful broth. The blend of spices in this dish is just enough for you to enjoy it without being too overwhelmed. Savour every last bit of the meat off the bone or take a straw to slurp the marrow out from the bone – this is one dish not to miss ?

If you love barbecued meat, head over to their Live BBQ station by the pool, available only on the weekends. Bite into their tantalising grilled treats like roasted beef, prawns and satay. 4. Rumah Rasa (Bay Hotel Singapore)

Known for their yummy selection of Indonesian cuisine, Rumah Rasa is having a special Ramadan buffet throughout the month. It’s taking its usual fare a notch higher with special dishes you can only get during Ramadan. One of their main highlights this time is Chick Kut Teh – a unique twist and halal version of Bak Kut Teh. The broth is cooked overnight to bring out its strong flavour and served with tau pok, dried mushroom and garlic. Slurping the broth will definitely be a comfort to your tummy after a full day of fasting ?

Another highlight you have to look out for is their Ayam Woku Belanga – marinated chicken seasoned in a spice mixture from Manado in North Sulawesi in Indonesia. Treat yourself to this hot, spicy and aromatic dish and bite into the tender chicken meat which is full of flavour. It’s probably unlike anything you’ve tasted before!

From the same management as The Landmark, Royal Palm at Orchid Country Club in Yishun offers the perfect ambience for your iftar gatherings, and a respite from the city. Their Ramadan special boasts a wide range of international cuisines. Dig into their mouth-watering buffet highlights which include Spicy Chilli Crab, Prawn Sambal, Ayam Masak Lemak, Beef Rendang, Fish Head Curry, Sambal Lala, Steam Mixed Vegetables and Sayur Lodeh. There’s a total of more than 35 dishes to suit your palate! Although these dishes need no introduction, Royal Palm puts its own twist to it and perfects their tastes.

6. Hilton Iftar Buffet Pop-Up Restaurant

Hilton Hotel is bringing back its popular iftar pop-up buffet this year – with a spread of over 90 dishes and 6 live and carving stations! Check out their tantalising highlights like the Whole Roasted Beef Sirloin and Roasted Whole Baby Lamb.

7. The Halia at Singapore Botanic Gardens

Looking for a fancy buffet for iftar? The Halia’s got you all covered! Tucked away at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, you can break fast with some lush greenery while indulging in their delectable Ramadan Buffet at The Villa. One of the things to look forward to in the buffet is their signature Chilli Crab Spaghettini, which has generous amounts of crab meat in a mix of sweet, spicy and tangy sauce ?

If you’re a meat lover, keep a lookout for their all-time favourite Australian Grain-Fed Beef Ribeye at the carving station. Watch as this succulent and juicy meat is cut right in front of your very eyes! 8. Flame Café

If hotel and fancy buffets are not for you, then head over to Flame Café for their sumptuous 4-tier pagoda steamboat and BBQ. With more than 70 ingredients to choose from, you’ll definitely be spoilt for choice ?

You can choose to barbecue your meat or dip them in soup. There’s also a steamer on top where you can steam vegetables or dim sum. Plus, how can we leave out their heavenly cheesy dip? Flood your food in cheese for that extra flavour.

Do you have those days when all you want for iftar is some good ‘ol traditional Malay food? Then Aroma Kampung is just the place for you! With over 40 dishes in their nasi padang buffet, Aroma Kampung serves authentic kampung cuisine, with some dishes you can’t even find anywhere else in Singapore ?
