From the masterminds behind The Halal Corner comes Brunch Club! An exciting new addition to their delicious line-up of restaurants. The Brunch Club had its first debut on 9 September this year and has already garnered attraction from the locals, finding the next new food establishment to add to their list. And this one will definitely be up there!
They have an all-new menu lined up just for you at the Brunch Club. Their menu ranges from staple breakfast items to mains such as pasta and their Signature Pancake Angus Beef Burger. The pairing of sweet and savoury from the fluffy pancakes and fatty Angus beef will keep you coming back for more! Who could have thought a burger with a pancake bun could taste as delicious as it is?
A staple in Western cuisine breakfast will be the breakfast platter, seen in their Hearty Breakfast, which comes with artisanal chicken sausages, smoked turkey bacon and hashbrowns. There are also added ingredients such as sweet corn, guacamole, mixed greens and a bagel to bring all your accoutrements (side dishes) together. It truly is one hearty breakfast.
There are also desserts on the menu! With decadent-sounding desserts such as Pancake Ice cream or their Signature Pistachio and Chocolate Mousse in their arsenal, you will be leaving the Brunch Club with a full and satisfied stomach (and all this before 12pm!)
They also offer a variety of drinks, ranging from mojitos, such as the Lychee Mojito, to good ol' staples of brunch such as Orange Juice. A potential hit with the crowd could be their refreshing comfort drink, Frothy Teh Tarik which is well-loved and well-needed in this Singapore weather.
