Attention, cheese lovers! 🧀 There’s an Ampang burger joint that’s bringing a French culinary experience to KL. 😍

It’s none other than Burger Bakar Abang Burn! This humble eatery is known for its massive, cheesy burger dishes and everyone’s loving it. They’ve even brought in the Raclette cheese phenomenon that went pretty viral last year. 🤤

This time around, they’ve decided to up their cheese game and introduce aligot! If you don’t already know, aligot (not to be confused with alligator 😜) is a fondue-like dish that’s popular in France.

Basically, it’s mashed potatoes mixed with butter, heavy cream, milk, garlic and lots of melted cheese. When ready, this cheesy potato concoction becomes smooth and almost elastic, like pizza dough!
