Location, location, location

Gold3 Boutique Hotel is perfect if you’re looking to stay in the heart of the city and within walking distance of halal eateries, shopping malls and tourist attractions. Despite being in the middle of the busy city, it’s also quiet enough from the constant heavy traffic in Bukit Bintang as it’s located on a quiet street. We loved how everything is nearby and we can walk everywhere!

Wallet-friendly stay

This hotel could be your staycation spot or even a hotel for your stopover in Kuala Lumpur. We had the chance to stay in their Standard Queen with Window recently. The room is quite small but it’s perfect for a solo traveller or a couple staying for a short trip. The room is also tastefully-furnished with a slot in front of the bed where you can put your luggage away and hooks where you can hang your clothes or handbags. It’s also fully equipped with a safety deposit box, a TV, a hairdryer and toiletries. Affordable AND comfortable? We’d say it’s worth your money!

A camera museum

Head over to the second floor and you’ll find yourself transported back to the yesteryears. The camera museum has a vintage vibe, with a well-preserved collection of vintage cameras, and an old-school photo studio and we loved the lightbulb ceiling. Perfect for a photoshoot!

The concept of Gold3 Boutique Hotel was wholly inspired by the real personal experience of the founder. Originating from a humble family, the founder has a strong passion for travelling to see the world and different cultures. His ideal way of travelling was to have decent accommodation, accompanied by a film camera to capture precious moments during his travels. However, it was expensive back then to enjoy both, so he’d pick to spend on accommodation instead of purchasing camera films. With this, he decided to open an affordable and trendy camera-themed hotel in the heart of the tourist-friendly area of Kuala Lumpur! 

While there is no fancy restaurant in this hotel, the second floor also houses the pantry. Here, you can find basic amenities such as a water dispenser, eating utensils, a sink and a dining area.

Gold3 Hotel Boutique is perfect for those looking for a no-frills stay that’s located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur for their city staycation! We truly enjoyed our stay here as it allows us to truly explore the city.
