Located at Basement 2 of Jewel Changi Airport, Four Seasons Restaurant is the restaurant arm of the famous Four Seasons Durians. The halal-certified restaurant just launched its dim sum menu in mid-December. Savour your favourite dim sum dishes from siew mai to har kow, egg tarts, wanton and more ? The dim sum menu is available from Mondays to Fridays, 12PM-6PM.

For the durian lovers, you won't be disappointed at Four Seasons Restaurant! The restaurant has a Durian Specialty section on its menu. If you feel like having something soupy during this rainy season, their Durian Hot Pot is a treat. The broth is a creamy balance of sweet and savoury with chunks of durian, chicken soup and red dates. At $35, the set comes with meat slices, fish slices, seafood, vegetables and more.
If that's not enough durian for you, try their other durian dishes like Mao Shan Wang Durian Pizza ($26), Kampong Durian Fried Rice ($18), Durian You Tiao ($9) and more. Finish off your meal with a durian crepe or crispy durian roll! For your fix of savoury dishes, the Indonesian Lemongrass Chicken with Tumeric Rice, Curry Fish Head and Golden Cereal Prawn are popular options.
The best part is that there's also a prayer room but do note that you'll need to take your ablution at the nearest washroom. We recommend bringing your own prayer mat and garments too.
