Check this out, you can now fly on a PRIVATE PLANE across Europe through a flight-sharing platform called Wingly. You must be wondering, "Private plane? Isn't that expensive?" Well, absolutely not! Flight prices on Wingly start from as a low as 20 euros (approx. US$25) ?

Gone are the days where flying on a private jet is only for the rich and famous. Now you too can soak in the gorgeous landscapes of Europe from above. It's totally an out-of-this-world experience. And if you're lucky enough, the pilot might even let you control the plane yourself!

Operating in 3,000 different destinations across Europe, Wingly pairs passengers with pilots who have available seats on their aircraft (think Uber in the skies). The platform offers you three types of trips - sightseeing flights which allows you to see a region in a different way, excursion flights for a quick getaway (even just during lunchtime!) and one-way flights. The best part about it is that you can explore an obscure European destination which you never thought of going?

Now how do you secure a seat on a private plane? Simply head to the Wingly website and search for the route you're interested in. This will allow you to see the availability of flights and the number of seats open. You'll also be required to provide your passport information as the platforms needs to know if you're eligible to fly to certain destinations.

Do note that like commercial flights, prices vary and can change daily. If you're worried about safety, fret not. Pilots go through stringent checks and they need to have flown a minimum of 100 hours before bringing passengers onboard. Pilots also need to prove that they have flown in the last 12 months. If your flight is cancelled, you can also request for a refund or reschedule it.

Note: There is an additional booking fee (including insurance) which will be about 15 percent of your flight.

Once the flight is completed, you can leave a review for your pilot. It's that simple!

With this plane-sharing platform, flying has never been more exciting. Whether you're a flight enthusiast or just a curious traveller, this is truly an experience you have to try. So, get out of your comfort zone and book that flight of a lifetime!☺️
