Covid-19 restrictions here in Singapore may have loosened, but a trip to Japan right now may still be a faraway dream for many. In comes, Daya Izakaya, Singapore’s first and only halal izakaya serves up authentic halal izakaya-style food and other halal Japanese favourites such as sushi and sashimis. To even further soothe those heartbreaks of yours, they’re bringing back their ever-popular value set meals perfect for sharing with your friends and family! ?

Follow us on Telegram for the latest updates: https://bit.ly/3LnFN1F

Their Value Set Menu is for 2, 4 or 6 people. Each set comes with either the Beef Yakiniku Don or Teriyaki ChickenDon of your choice with accompanying sides like Miso soup, Fried Chicken Karaage, Gyoza, Salmon Sashimi, Spicy Salmon Sushi Roll and Ebi Tempura. Each meal also comes with drinks! ?

If it’s just you and your foodie partner, or your special someone, the 2-pax meal would be the perfect size for you! The 2-pax value meal ($49.95) comes with a choice of don as mentioned above with Salmon Sashimi and Gyoza on the side! Their fresh sashimi platter has three different types of sashimi for you to satisfy your craving: the classic salmon sashimi, maguro (tuna) and the hamachi (yellowtail) if you prefer something more subtle ? It’s hard to stop chomping down on their gyoza, which is generously stuffed with a chicken filling that oozes out in flavour with every bite! ?

Bringing 2 extra people with you? The 4-pax meal is the go-to option! At $90.85, you’ll be treated to even more sides: Chicken Karaage, Gyoza and Salmon Sashimi. For those who love a little crunch, nothing will go wrong with their Chicken Karaage. It’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside; all the hallmarks of a delicious fried chicken ? If you have little ones with you, Daya Izakaya offer booster seats for them to enjoy their meals fuss-free! ?

For those coming in with a bigger gang, the 6-pax meal ($155.25) is for you! You’ll be a combination of all the sides we’ve mentioned (Fried Chicken Karaage, Gyoza, Salmon Sashimi, Spicy Salmon Sushi Roll) and the ever-so-snackable Ebi Tempura! The Ebi Tempura is made from Japanese Ebi prawns which makes it sweet and succulent. If you’re a fan of sushi, you’d love their Spicy Salmon Roll which is full of flavour and crunch. Trust us, you’d finish this bite-sized sushi in no time. If you prefer it to be less spicy (it does get hot, you’ve been warned! ?), you can ask to staff to reduce the spicy level! This also means one thing; all meals are freshly prepared! Just look at the picture: if it’s this tempting, imagine what it’s like in real life ?

Whatever the occasion calls for, be it a celebration, or you and your buddies just want to fill that Japan-sized hole in your heart, Daya Izakaya promises you the true spirit of what an izakaya is all about anyway: sharing great food with good company, with the extra benefit of being halal! ?
