What are CDC vouchers?
Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers are the Singapore government's efforts to help Singaporeans with their necessities. Each household will be getting $500 CDC vouchers (separated into $250 for heartland merchants and hawkers and $250 for participating supermarkets).
Where to get CDC vouchers?
You can get them online right now through this link. Only 1 household member needs to log in to get the vouchers. Just log in with your Singpass and you'll be able to grab them. You'll be sent a link to the voucher that you can share with your household members! They can be used up until 31 December 2024.
If you forgot or lost your voucher link, just head to this website here and login again with your Singpass! If you know of someone who doesn't have Singpass or a smartphone, just head down to your nearest CC with your IC for help.
Places to use your CDC vouchers
There are a bunch of places where you can use your vouchers! Just open the link sent to you, click on the type of shop you're at (hawker centre, supermarket etc.) and then choose the amount you want to spend and tap show voucher. A QR code will appear! Just show it to the merchant and they'll scan it.
Hawker and Heartland Places
Places with the CDC sticker are all participating outlets that you can head down to! This can range from eateries to actual shops. Some clinics are also participating but it depends on if your area has them! There is a full list of places where you can use the vouchers here! Enter your postal code into the search bar to find participating outlets in your neighbourhood.

Supermarkets
Supermarkets have recently started to give vouchers or items back for spending certain amounts with them in a single purchase receipt! Here are the 4 participating outlets so far
NTUC Fairprice
From 3 - 17 January 2024, all NTUC Fairprice outlets will be giving out $8 for every $80 spent in a single transaction.
Giant
From 3 - 7 January 2024, all Giant outlets will be giving a 2.5kg bag of rice for every $100 spent in a single transaction.
Cold Storage
From 3 - 7 January 2024, all Cold Storage, CS Fresh and Jason's Deli outlets will be giving out a $5 cash voucher for every $100 spent in a single transaction.
U Stars
From 3 - 17 January 2024, all U Stars outlets will be giving out $7 return voucher for every $60 spent or $15 return voucher for every $120 spent in a single transaction.
Other supermarkets that you can use the vouchers at are Sheng Shiong, Prime Supermaket, HAO Mart, Ang Mo Supermarket.
