Not to mention that they have a selection of books and magazines from local publishing houses like Math Paper Press, Epigram Books and those that are self-published by local and Asian writers.

Cat Socrates aims to be a platform for local designers to showcase their works to the public and they also source for new brands and designers from around the world. So, whether you're just browsing or looking for something to decorate your house, you'll be able to find something you'll like! What's interesting is that Cat Socrates also sells Singapore-themed souvenirs.
The best part about shopping at Cat Socrates is that you'll be able to meet its cat shopkeeper, Zoo-zoo! Zoo-zoo was rescued and lived in the Cat Museum before becoming Cat Socrates' resident feline. According to their website, he is a very hardworking cat and will wait by the door to greet customers when they come into the shop!
You can also expect him to follow you around as you shop and even stay with you as you browse through the shop's items. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, you won't be able to pet Zoo-zoo but nonetheless, he's still a joy to be around ? When he's not with customers, you'd probably find him taking a nap in his window-hanging bed!
