One of the highlights of this special buffet is Carousel's imaginative Japanese-Singaporean creations. These dishes perfectly blend the comforting flavours we grew up with and the refined tastes of Japan.
Kick things off with the Takoyaki Chilli Crab, where crispy octopus balls are topped with rich Singapore chilli crab sauce and crunchy mantou croutons. There's also the Laksa Chawanmushi, a silky steamed egg custard infused with fragrant laksa coconut broth, and the comforting Miso Chicken Bak Kut Teh, which combines Singapore's herbal soup with Japanese white miso for an extra layer of umami.
For mains, don't miss the hearty Miso Braised Hokkien Mee with Sakura Ebi, or the Takikomi Seafood Paella, where Japanese seasoned rice meets Spanish cooking techniques in one flavour-packed dish.
