Cantine@Paya Lebar Square Is Back With Halal Mala Hotpot

Cantine@Paya Lebar Square is back and better than before. With over 15 stalls to patronise, you'll be able to get some great food for a good price with a brand new ambience!

Right now, till 18 October 2023, the first 200 customers will be able to grab combo deals for $10 from selected stalls there!

They have revamped the entire area, making it look like a viewing gallery at the airport! A mural of a typical scene of planes taxing and taking off occupies a large majority of the wall right next to the Noodle stall.

Lining the ceiling are signs in bright yellow, pointing towards the direction of stalls or key areas such as tray return sections. They mimc the signboards that you'll see at every airport.

There are a plethora of dishes from many different cuisines that you can buy from. From fried carrot cake to deep fried ojing-eo, here are some of the stalls that you can expect to see from Cantine@Paya Lebar Square.

International cuisines can be found here such as Malaysian Cuisine or Telur Thai which sells Thai cuisine. You can find unique dishes such as Chicken Egg Floss Pad Thai or your usual Thai Tom Yam soup. They also serve Korean food through Kim Dae Bak that sells dishes such as Mandu (Dumpling) Ramyun with Cheese or Deep Fried Ojing-eo which is deep fried squid dishes. There is Vietnamese food as well such as the Hotate Scallops with Garlic Rice and Thịt xiên nướng (which is a small meat roasted and skewered.

Another interesting shop to open is Flips N Dips. They offer a huge burger called Volcano Lava Three Cheese Burger which has a juicy interior and cheese that had been poured onto it, forming a pool of ooey gooey melted cheese on the plate.

There are also other stalls that are available, such as: Chicken Rice, Ban Mian, and the anticipated halal mala hot pot: Monster Chill Mala Hotpot. They offer dishes like Sour Spicy Fish noodles or the Mala fish itself.
