Mam Mam is also known for their spice-crusted chicken legs! It is undeniably cooked to perfection. A unique spice blend, juicy and tender!
One menu item that left a lasting impression on me was their Wintermelon Soup. Wintermelon and chicken pieces were organically sweetened with wolfberries, red dates, and conpoy in this hearty double-boiled chicken stock. Broccoli and tomato eggs serve as a side dish also complemented the rest of the meal.
I also tried their ???-???? ???? ??? ?????? ($??.??), which I learned had beenn marinated for 2 days with Asian spices before being slow-cooked for 24 hours until the meat was incredibly soft. And if you're at Mam Mam, you have to try their ???-????? ??????? ????? ???? ????? ???????? ??? ??? ????? ?????? ???? ($??.??/????). Although a little too salty for us, it was definitely something worth trying.
