Taiwan is known for it’s beautiful nature, friendly locals and yes, amazing food! Their famous beef noodle soup is a must-try when you head to metropolis. There’s no need to hold in those cravings till your Taiwan trip though – Beef Up is bringing it straight to you, with their authentic Kaohsiung recipes 😍
Kickstart your gastronomic adventure here with Beef Up’s signature beef noodles ($6.50 for regular, $8 for large). It might look unassuming but a lot of time and effort actually goes into making this bowl of noodles! The beef noodles are first boiled for three hours, and goes through a seven-hour simmering process after. So you can be assured that the meat is not just tender but also packed with flavour. According to the founders, the flavour comes from beancurd paste made in Taiwan 😋

Beef Up’s noodles is not the only thing deserving of your attention. We probably know how hard it is to find Halal Taiwanese street food in Singapore. And the good news is that this is your next go-to place for that! With the use of a special type of flour (instead of the normal breadcrumbs!), the chicken cutlet here is fried to perfection on the outside but still tender on the inside🤤
You can also choose a flavoured powder to sprinkle on your chicken! For an even more filling meal, get the chicken with rice (chicken cutlet bento: $7).

If you’re more towards a seafood lover, try their Salmon Rice Bento set ($8.50). Be sure to add their unique sweet potato fries ($2) to your meal! You can find this almost everywhere in Taiwan but not so much in Singapore. So it’s definitely a must-try!
