West siders of Singapore, it's time to rejoice! If you're looking for somewhere to hang out or dine in from next Monday (21 June) onwards together with your buddies, why not plan a simple catch up session over burgers and hotdogs? ? You might have been staying at home for a while now, and may not feel like commuting to malls and eateries to get your halal food in the West anymore ? That's why at this particular HDB void deck, you can have both yummy western food and a convenient space near home to just chill out with your friends. Situated in the heart of Taman Jurong HDB void deck, Big Boy Franks has got you covered!

The Muslim-owned business offers a wide variety of juicy prata hotdogs, saucy meat stew buns and other side dishes in addition to its renowned burgers and hotdogs that will appeal to both youngsters and adults. To fulfil your preferences, choose from a variety of burgers and hotdogs’ varieties! I had Jumbo Chicky Prata ($7) and Big Boy Beef Burger($7). My friend tried Chicky Big Boy ($9) and Beefy Big Boy ($9).

The chicken and beef burgers are loaded with delicious cheddar cheese, lettuce and their signature burger sauce, while the prata hotdogs are wrapped in prata and come with beef or chicken corn carne that will melt in your mouth. On the other hand, the hotdog chilli beef sauce is nice and not too spicy. The main dishes were not too salty and the soft buttery taste of the buns was hearty. The chicken even tasted like ayam penyet as it was grilled!

Overall, I enjoyed my experience! The main dishes were good and the staff were approachable. If you're in the west and would like to enjoy some western fast food cuisine, you may wish to stop by this void deck eatery and you can also hang out there for a different kind of vibe. I would love to visit again and try the other main dishes and side dishes as well! During this period, especially if you are working from home, you can have the meals delivered to your house using FoodPanda delivery as well. #SupportLocalBusiness!
