1. Batik Komar

2. Baruni Batik

Fancy a batik slipper, necklace or even prayer mat? Look no further than Baruni Batik! Here you can find the normal variety of batik apparel and other small batik-inspired knick-knacks. The prints at Baruni Batik come in many vibrant and eclectic colours that will surely catch your eye.

3. Rumah Mode

Known as the mother of factory outlets in Bandung, no shopping trip is complete without making a pit-stop to Rumah Mode! At Rumah Mode, you’ll find a huge range of apparels from t-shirts, dresses, rompers, formal suits to jeans… and so much more!

Another must-visit factory outlet is the Heritage Factory outlet! With an artistic colonial façade, this majestic building was built in 1898 during the Dutch colonial administration.

Heritage Factory Outlet houses a variety of trendy and fashionable apparels. This two-floored building has everything from mugs, bags, undergarments, office-wear, home-living handicrafts, bed sheets… you want it, they have it!

6. The Secret Factory Outlet

Mums and dads, it isn’t a secret that The Secret Factory Outlet on Jalan Riau is a kids’ apparel haven! Many branded clothing can be found in the kids section, at reasonable factory outlet pricing.

Need to rest your tired legs? Take a load off and have a seat at the beautiful sheltered courtyards. The in-house massage parlour at The Secret also offers attractive deals, a 30-minute reflexology or body massage goes for 40,000 rupiahs each!

7. Pasar Baru Trade Center

You know a shopping centre’s great when it’s a favourite among locals as well! This six-storey mall is where you can get everything and anything, so make sure you enter Pasar Baru with a concrete plan in hand. Each floor is dedicated to different fabrics ranging from sewing cloths, religious wear, clothes for youth and more.

The street leading to Pasar Baru is also filled with rows and rows of street peddlers selling their ware, including little Indonesian snacks or oleh-oleh that you can take home as souvenirs for the family! A trip to Pasar Baru can take up to half a day so do plan ahead before you come!

8. Pasar Kota Kembang

Pasar Kota Kembang is the Bandung equivalent of Bugis Street in Singapore! Get ready for rows and rows of small shops within a 1 meter street selling all kinds of cheap goods here from shoes, accessories, bags and clothes.

9. Jalan Cihampelas

For those who are fans of denim, Jalan Cihampelas is a spot not to be missed! Also known as ‘Jeans Street,’ there are many shops here selling denim jeans in all kinds of cuts and designs.

Also, drop by the newly opened Ciwalk Mall while you’re in Jalan Cihampelas! An open air concept shopping mall that focuses on being eco-friendly and green, Ciwalk exudes cool and youthful vibes and is a popular hang-out among youths and tourists alike. 10. Pasar Cibaduyut

If you’re looking for leather and skin goods, Pasar Cibaduyut is the place to go! Cibaduyut is a small town specializing in leather goods at reasonable prices, especially shoes. There are lots of choices for you – from casual to dress shoes so do take your time here. Custom-made orders can also be made on request here and takes about 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on the intricacy of the design.

Lovers of leather bags, check out this cozy leather bag studio at Jalan Cikutra where you’ll find a variety of leather goods. The bags sold here come in a whole spectrum of colours, from the normal browns and greys to bright neon colours!

13. Paris van Java Mall

Designed in a European setting, this open concept mall makes for a comfortable shopping experience. Known affectionately to the locals as PVJ, the mall has over 200 shops and you can expect to find mid-range to high-end brands here.
